You already notice your patterns
but still can't get out of them
When you're not in your shoes — everything in your life starts to fall apart
Roots is a therapeutic process to reorganize your life from its place.

You already understand a lot about yourself
- Have you noticed your patterns and tried to do it differently
- Have you reflected deeply on your history
- Have you ever made an effort to change, adjust, adapt
- But in practice — life keeps repeating itself
- Relationships don't flow
- You feel alone even when you're accompanied
- There is a lack of direction. Lack of clarity
And there's a feeling that's hard to explain—like something is out of place.
The problem is not
it is consciousness
You already understand a lot. He has already reflected, he has tried, he has already changed his behavior and attitude.
But understanding does not organize your life — because life is not organized by the mind alone.
There is an order in relationships and in life. When you are not in your shoes, you begin to compensate: you assume what is not yours, carry what does not belong to you, try to balance what does not depend on you.
You can even give a lot. Adapt. Make an effort. But it still does not find balance.
It's not about doing more — it's about being in your shoes.
And, little by little — everything is disorganized.

When you reposition yourself internally, you begin to realize what is yours and what is not — and your life begins to reorganize.
No excessive effort. No constant wear. Because you stopped occupying places that are not yours.
When it becomes clear
Another way of living begins to appear — without having to cancel itself out, without
Carry what is not yours.
This is not just understanding
Here, change happens in practice — in the way you position yourself, how you respond, how you live in your daily life.
Life doesn't just happen in meetings. It happens in relationships, in decisions, in routine. That's where everything gets organized.
You notice yourself before you repeat patterns
You stop carrying what's not yours
You position yourself more clearly
You feel more inner security
You build more balanced relationships
Your life starts to make more sense

"Lighter relations. Real presence. A life that begins to make sense."
This is what happens when you stop occupying places that are not yours.

Who conducts this process
Kris Gitali Flower
I am a simple woman, who chose to look within.
For a long time, I felt that there was something out of place, even though I understood many things about myself. I graduated in Physiotherapy, but it was when I started to travel and delve into the studies of the body, the mind and what is beyond them, that I realized that understanding was not enough. I already knew. But still, some things were repeated.
And it was on this path that I found something essential: it's not just about awareness, it's about getting back into your place.
Today, I lead processes where this change happens in practice. Not as someone who is above, but as someone who also lives this path.
I deeply study human behavior, the body, relationships, and the systems that organize us. But more than that, I live it in my daily life. I understand that growing is not about making more strength, but about repositioning yourself. About stopping carrying what is not yours, recognizing your place and sustaining it in life.
Today, I lead Raízes as a space where you don't need to perform, you don't need to try to be someone different. But rather to go back to your place and reorganize your life from there.
If you feel like you've understood a lot, but you're still living the same standards—maybe it's not a lack of trying. Maybe it's missing a direction, a clear map that lights your way. And that's what we're going to work on here.
